Description: An icon tutorial featuring Ayumi Hamasaki. In very few steps, go from a dull and dark base to a bright and colorful final product. Icon created in Paint Shop Pro 9 and I assume it's pretty translatable but I'm not entirely positive on that. Enjoy!
